With an “I'll show you" attitude, Watch Me! refers to the expression of strength and empowerment. Here we celebrate achievements by women who continuously break barriers in the sports world and beyond.
With community and inclusivity as our backdrop, we aim to create a welcoming and comfortable environment showcasing a steady flow of any and all televised women’s sports (with sound)!
We're also committed to supporting young athletes by providing them with a place where they can connect and be inspired by the achievements of female sports icons.
Working with local and renowned chefs and suppliers to help develop meals that leave you wanting more, our elevated food menu will challenge any sports bar in or out of town. And our overachiever drink menu will offer an array of cocktails and mocktails, making sure equality is even evident in our beverages.
Join us at Watch Me! as we create a space where women's sports are celebrated, friendships are forged, and empowerment thrives.

Jackie's love for soccer and softball shaped her childhood. As a Recreation Management Major, Jackie learned the art of programming and planning. These skills, along with project management and her superpower of being incredibly organized, would go on to serve Jackie across multiple industries.
In her twenties, Jackie had the idea of owning her own sports bar. She’d written plans, including schematics and décor, and went to bartending school but finances proved prohibitive, and the idea would lay dormant.
After putting the bar concept on hold, Jackie continued her search of “what feeds the soul”, and landed in media content production. In this most recent role, Jackie was asked to start a women-in-leadership group in which she’s received numerous accolades across a company of thousands.
But still, the desire to own a bar where women could feel comfortable gathering to watch a game would continue to burn. Once Jackie caught wind of the first of its kind women’s sports bar, she immediately followed every step of their development, and when considering next steps, Jackie decided to partner with her wife, Megan, to go out on their own and do the thing!
Megan spent the first 20+ years of her adult life working in the Hospitality and Food Service industry. In doing so, she acquired skills in many different genres of restaurants and bars: fine dining, bistro, steakhouse, café, sports bar, casual, gastropub, themed and international.
She held positions in most areas of the FOH including Assistant Managing, Server Training, and Bartending but was particularly successful in terms of customer relations and satisfaction. The desire to give her guests the best experience possible was always at the forefront of her mind, guiding each interaction, with problem-solving becoming an invaluable skill.
Megan also had an interest and talent in music. She went on to get her first degree from Chapman University and her Master’s from USC. Megan spent 20 years teaching music in a high school classroom, managing large groups of boisterous teens. As Chair of the Arts Department for 10 of those years, she mastered budgeting, scheduling, employee counseling, personnel recruitment and management, fund-raising, marketing, and organizational planning.
At home, Megan is happily married to her partner in business and life, Jackie. They are proud mothers of two ridiculously cute fur-babies.
Chef Charlie Ray is a Swedish & Black American traveling creator. Her love of food began while foraging for wild mushrooms & berries with her grandparents in Gothenburg, Sweden & fishing with sticks & strings off the river banks in Stjordal, Norway before the age of five.
Her passion for wild foods & living off the land only grew with age.
After she studied a bachelor's in gastronomy only a few hundred kilometers south of the Arctic Circle in Umeå, Sweden, she spent months foraging for the wild menu at DILL, a Michelin restaurant in Reykjavík, Iceland, & where she became grossly aware of the problems with food waste in the western world.
She refocused her aspirations & became the head chef at an anarchist kitchen, helping refugee families have access to food and the help they needed in Iceland.
She went on to become the head chef of award-winning company, Värt: Sustainable Food Lab, in Gothenburg, Sweden before moving to Australia where she helped launch a restaurant working closely with aboriginal chef, Angus Adams from the Wiradjuri mob. Working with Angus allowed her to learn & experience the indigenous food culture & introduce native flora & fauna to menus in Melbourne, Australia.
Being featured on Ginger and Carrot and Women in Food Charlie is here to make a statement through food.
After placing top 3 in
“The World Cook”
traveling cooking competition, and competing on
Food Networks “Battle of the Decades”
Chef Charlie Ray is back in California and on a mission to open up a creative space, where other chef can showcase their art and test out their ideas on foodies craving the world stage, on a plate.
